This study shows the last price normalized against
the all time closing price high of the respective stock.

Example:
3.60 WHRTF

WHRTF has reached a new Price high of 9 or 3.60%
above its previous all time price high of 8 11/16.

This study shows the result as percentage above the all time high.

Note that the database has to be current to show the correct result.
