It shows the the distance below the range envelope in percent.
This can indicate profitable long opportunities when you enter near the bottom!

below its lower bollinger band of 12.3220.

This study shows the result as percentage below the lower bollinger envelope.
The bollinger envelope is calculated with double standard deviation
based on a 20 day exponential average.
