the all time closing price high of the respective stock.

Example:
6.16 SERO

SERO has reached a new Price high of 36 5/8 or 6.16%
above its previous all time price high of 34 1/2.

This study shows the result as percentage above the all time high.

Note that the database has to be current to show the correct result.
