StockEagle Study#36 (Crossed or Locked Markets)
This study shows the stocks which experience the unusual event when the bid is greater
or equal to the current ask.
This usually occurs when there is a very abrupt inflow of new orders before or during a
collapse or explosion.
These are momentary events, so by the time you have switched to that symbol you will
probably
not see the lock any more, but you can see in the intraday graph if there is some abrupt
movement.
StockEagle will sort the symbols by the bid price.
Example:
85.13 ANF
At 13:14:50 ANF had the best Bid AND best Ask at 85 1/8
This study shows the result as percentage above the day low.
Even if the database is not current the results will be correct
because StockEagle automatically reloads the day high/low andopen
when you first start StockEagle.
