Until 10/15/2000 the margin reports have been used,
but now the clearer Quicken QIF exports are available:

First login to your account at your brokers web site:



Once you are logged in
click on the link

Then select the Quicken Reports option from the Reports menu:


To get all transactions of the current year leave the default:


To generate the transaction data file:
Click on the button

After a few seconds the "File Download" window appears,
check the "Save this file to disk" option:


Click the button

The "Save As" window will appear.
Change to the StockTax main data folder by
entering "\StockTax\YourData" and clicking on the SAVE button:


Enter the filename for the transactions you are saving to disk and click on the SAVE button:

(The 2000MBT.qif filename is just a suggestion, but the .qif file extension is required!)

(If you have already save your transactions to this file
the Save As confirm box will appear - Click YES to replace the old file):



In a few seconds the download will be completed.
click on the CLOSE button:


Start StockTax and select Quicken QIF from the broker list in Step1 and
the select the Quicken QIF file you just downloaded in Step2


Generate the Report in Step4
